HELP.... rb20 engine

i’m have this problem with my rb20 engine or turbo…

when i hit about 3500 RPM the turbo makes this very high pitch noise and when i hit 4500 RPM it seems that the turbo doesnt want to spool up
it seems to have a hard time spooling up

can anyone help me?

I had that problem, and thought it was a turbo problem. But it was an exhuast leak fromt the exhaust manifold to the turbo.
