what can i use as a substitue for washing soda?

anyone know any other household items that have sodium carbonate in them?

Go to Home depot and look at their pool supplies for pH Up …100% Sodium carbonate. 6lbs for like 9.99.

Not sure if you need 6 lbs or not, but the more the merrier right?
