I havent had a soda in about 4 years but I drink gallons of water every day.

id still rather drink coke with a meal. but when thirsty i usually grab an ice tea or water.

Cool Story Brahh

+1. When I’m at work I usually have a soda with lunch, but at home when I’m thirsty I’ll have a glass of water or iced tea.

Simply pounding glasses of water doesnt equal hydration. Google “intracellular and extracellular hydration” if you want to do it right.
