You can drown yourself from the inside out, thats what happened when a fraternity forced someone to drink gallons upon gallons of water. Youre bodys cells can’t handle it.

There was a recent case with some radio-show offering a Wii as a prize for drinking most water, a woman died from it. I think they’re being sued.
thats what i heard .thats it
Distilled water*
Tap water and bottled water generaly have sodium in them, which if you payed attention in science class sucks cells dry. You couldent physically drink enough water to drown yourself unless it was being forced or theres something wrong with you.
The frat kid that got killed had distilled water funneled down his throat, causing his cells to overload with water and basically explode IIRC
I’ve thought about the soda/water argument quite a bit as I am diabetic.
I’ve actually dropped ~80 lbs in the last 13 months or so on a diet of normal eating and POUNDING diet cokes/diet cherry zeros all day, fills you up and has absolutely nothing in it to add weight (at least it hasn’t to me)
I will literally have 8-10 of these a day, and it works great.
Plus now my car is 80 lbs lighter :thumbup
awesome that youve lost weight… but diet coke is horrible for you
dont most diet soda have aspertane in it ? that causes blood vessols to pop right
I don’t drink any soda. I actually can’t remember the last time I had soda. One of the worst things you can put in your body.
i dont drink it really at all ,exc for ginger ale and 151 lolol .most of the time i drink tea i try to avoid coffee
Water, milk or juice for me most of the time. I will have an energy drink before the gym but thats it.
