Help with 01 1.8T Jetta

Driving to school this morning, it had been runnin for 5-10 mins, go to get on thru way shift from 2nd to 3rd aroun 4500 rpm, no loud noises just no power and really severe shaking when the turbo would normally spool. I drove it home later and took off a vacuum lines to see light yellow liquid/mush in there. The CEL is on and flashes while building boost. I don’t have a clue what happened. Any advice?

eww, like the kind that squirts out of the bottle if you don’t shake it first?
yuck.

p.s.
doesn’t CEL flashing = misfire?
Or is that only on GM cars?

you need coil packs

replace all 4

coil packs or plugs, but the yellow stuff i have no idea

Yes, the kind that comes up if you dont shake it.

Ive been told misfire in one of the coils by three people now.

Any idea what it’s like to replace these?

about 8 minutes of your time, a 10mm socket, and a 5mm allen.

Perfect. Thanks.
