here we go…now my car doesnt like to start without messing with the throttle. i have to go wide open, then shut it a bit and itll fire. then i have to keep on the gas to keep it alive. any ideas? it doesnt seem to be boost leaking. could a bad turbo gasket or wastegate gasket cause this? also my boost gauge only reads vacuum. when i give it gas itll jump up to 0 then back to vacuum. any ideas?

did you check your tps? .5 at idle and 4.5 @ full throttle. I think thats what is was.
Vaccuum = good. Boost gauge is working properly. You wont see boost until you “stump” on it dirving.

okay thanks jojo…yeah youre right for the tps…ill check it tomorrow…i think it was actually throwing a code for it so ill see whats up.

by chance are you running an OBD-II ecu?
Those codes are VERY important as to how the car will run.
lol im running a OBD-1 ECU (chipped P06)…i have a obd-0 to obd-1 conversion harness…im thinking i might have mixed some wires…i had to do a MPFI conversion also…the person who had the car previously fucked up the wiring a bit.
