Help With Dash Removal

So in the spirit of losing weight like so many anorexic celebrities these days, I’ve been stripping weight off my 240 like jenny craig

If anyone can help me remove my dash so that I can get rid of everything unneeded underneath, and replace it when finished, it would be greatly appreciated.

In return just ask, my garage is EQUIPPED!
