help with laptop internet connection

i have a dell inspiron 1000 and just reinstalled XP and now I have no internet connection. In network connection it shows that the ethernet adapter is enabled but thats it. It doesn’t show anything else. Its not wireless by the way How can I fix this?

fixed it, i dl the wrong driver…
