Help with ticket!

i second the vote for posting tits on here. and none of that shirt business, bra or skimpy bikini top, or just full blown birthday suit

always plea not guilty its her first ticket. It will get reduced. :nod

She’s got a really good chance of getting that reduced just by her clean record - The girl I work with got two tickets for 80+ in a 65 within two months of eachother, she has past tickets and accidents, and hers still got reduced.

girls do get away with more than guys, remember that.

they have boobs…

Like everybody else said, she should be all set.

Apparently the only people that gets screwed on their first tickets are Russians in Schenectady county. I’ve been lawyered ever since.

mmmmmmm, boobs :excited

Not a chance in hell, sorry.

damn, too bad. this place should be more like /b/

My girlfriend is from the Bellmore area too! It is a small world, shit. About the same age too with large boobs…hmmm :ninja

Exactly what to do and the only thing you can do.

proof?

That’s almost unbelievable. Even if you included parking tickets.

my lawyer plead not guilty for me to a 126in a 55 and a reckless. worth 16 points. i walked away guilty of doing 86 in a 55 and a parking violation… not bad id say… 31 over is better than 71 over. :banana

I got a 41 over and ended up with a 25 over.

Always plead not guilty

yeah not guilty to 126 the DA said… ok, so you were doing 86 in a 55 right. yes sir.

So what happens after you plea not guilty? You obviously go to court, but what goes on at court? Again, i’ve never had to deal with anything like this so I don’t know much about it.

as long as they let you send in the plea, and its not a must appear ticket. you plea not guilty, they give you a court date. but between that try to talk to the DA about the ticket… go to court. they will ask again what you plea, and thye make judgement there, they might make a plea offer, or give you another court date.

ALWAYS plead not guilty to in state tickets. Especially a first offense.

  1. Plea not guilty mail in ticket
  2. Get new court date in mail
  3. Go to new Court date
  4. Sign in when you get there
  5. Talk to DA or Trooper that gave ticket (they will call your name when you’re their)
  6. Accept plea bargain they give you
  7. Stand before judge and give plea of guilty
  8. Pay fine or ask for time to pay it
  9. Try to not get another ticket.
