Yep, who ever the troll is you gotta realize that this dude will burn his own bridges on his own. People who dont respect EVERYONE that you come in contact with will fuck your life up in a hurry.
Talked to a friend I grew up with last fall, his father owns/runs a body shop in my home town for 30+ years. Brought a 2010 SS there for tune and bolt ons… came back with a scratch in the front fender… his reply was “you dont know your own car, it was there when you brought it in”. Yahh ok, I think this dude knows every inch of the paint on his car! But my friends father was a man and didnt elude to him running a body shop, and letting him know he has 3 detailers working under him that detail his personal cars time to time… 
damage wasnt fixed.
Tune also way off upon pickup, said try it again ill be back when its done, got it decent I guess, paid. week later CEL for cat inefficiency and IRC he told me they put new cats back on it. I dont remember that detail. But still… not a good deal.
