Yes i would like to know more about the cut up body
“And that’s where they found the torso heap!”
BUFFALO, NY - A South Buffalo man arrested for his second DWI will now have to spend some time in jail.
John Jankowiak was sentenced to 15 days in jail, and a $650 fine on Monday for violating his probation.
Jankowiak, a juror from James Corasanti’s trial, was arrested last month for a second time for DWI in Orchard Park, just hours after being acquitted of his first DWI charge.
According to Jankowiak’s attorney, Michael Santa-Maria, the judge had acquitted Jankowiak of his first DWI charge, but the acquittal was conditional, and getting re-arrested violated the judge’s order to lead a law-abiding lifestyle.
Wow, you know you have a problem when…
Should’ve asked the judge to come out and celebrate his acquittal. I’m sure the judge will go easy on him this time.
Was he a juror after the first DWI or did he get the first DWI after the trial?
Part of juror questioning is “are you or a family member in a similar case?” Usually if answered “yes” this is grounds for dismissal.
So one could assume that he was selected as a juror before his first DWI charge.
Right, I’d assume that and that’s why I asked… because I’d figure they could fight a mistrial. Was this the guy that was arrested during the case for the drunk driving? Maybe that’s what happened. (didn’t read the article, sorry)
His other DWI was in the spring iirc, after the trial.
So far 2 of the jurors have been picked up for dwi
They saw first hand how easy it was to get out of a DWI charge.
Aaaand number 2 since the corsanti trial. He got this dwi a few hours after being convicted of the other one.
Yeah dude… We talked about this already in all the posts above.
Thats one creepy looking mofo
