Loud pipes save lives
Guy probably didnt hear the cop say anything with the sirens all around. It didnt look like he moved his hand at all, just resting there on his side and looked back. Not justified.I hope he gets millions
I’ve been pulled over on my bike before and I didn’t keep my hands on the bars. I put my kick stand down and pulled off my helmet. Is there a protocol one has to follow when getting pulled over? I’ve never feared of being shot in the back, because I shouldn’t have to. Now if the cop told me to put my hands up I would, but I’ve never been told that either.
When I get pulled over in my car cops love the fact that I tell them there is a loaded Walther on my body. They usually shoot the shit with me after I give them my CC permit. Then I’m on my way.
Do you honestly want to tell me most bikers that ride at night are carrying illegal drugs/weapons etc. Half the time I’d go riding is at night because the streets are clear and makes for great riding. Most guys I know riding at night have a 9-5 and are good citizens.
This cop was clearly pissed because they accelerated fast from the stop sign when they knew he was behind them. I love excessive acceleration tickets…BS. Cry about it. Cop shouldn’t have shot him in the back end of story. That is why we have cops, to uphold justice and what is right. They knowingly put their life in the line of danger for the better good of us all and a salary.
Two sides to a story amirite? I sincerely doubt the cop was out for blood that night.
UPDATE: 7 year sentence

White did not offer an apology during his statement and shook his head while Judge Cook explained that he should have taken the time to better assess the situation.
The judge acknowledged White’s past in law enforcement and the difficult job of police officers. But he said that White did not take the time to look at what was in front of him and understand what he was encountering.
“You can shake your head if you want, but this here amplifies the point, your unwillingness to accept something other than what you think happened,” Judge Cook said, adding that part of White’s duty that night was to observe.
“You didn’t even give it a second to take a breath and look at what was going on and for that a tragedy occurred,” he said.
He still thinks nothing wrong happened apparently.
lol well he sure isnt going to admit that he did something wrong, there’d be no point in having a lawyer then
the fact that the cop shows ZERO remorse is terrible
if he really believes himself that he didnt do anything wrong there would be no reason for him to show any
Agreed. I don’t know how any remotely intelligent person could look at that video and still claim the shooting was justified.
cause he’s just another douchebag invincible cop with a chip on his shoulder and the whole world to get back at for being picked on in high school.
Off topic, but great show.
That it is.
~10% of your life in prison for making %50 of someone’s body useless for the rest of theirs.
Interesting.
OT here. Pure, do you assume every officer is an absolute asshole because you have run across a few?
No just the ones that do things like this without remorse.
couple weeks ago on sheridan i got pulled over for window tint…the cop yelled at me cause my elbow was sticking out of the window when he walked up…yelled at me with his hand on his gun to put my arms back in the car…
this was a town cop…i was giving him the WTF look at that point for sure
