ever since i got this desk job, ive gained the most pounds…
im 6 ft and right now i wiegh around 185!!!
when i graduated HS i was 6 ft and wieghed around 130!!
so im trying to lose 30 pounds for summer.
last week i started eating right, no more junk food for me and ive been doing at least 30 mins of running/walking four times a week and working my abs.
so far, i think ive lost like 2 pounds lol
congrats on being able to bend over even further! :mamoru: lol, no seriously good job for losing weight the healthy way.
Howie is such a hunk, i remember the last time i saw him and gave him a hug he felt all solid n stuff. And the rest of his body felt more muscular too! :tup:

I went on a liquor diet no more beer it was startin to get to my stomach but since i stopped drinkin beer i lost the small gut i had but for somereason gained 10 pounds still small though im 5’-11" and 165 pounds
argh. I want to lose 20 lbs but living in SF is making it impossible. Dim Sum next door to work is evil. Choice of any asian food is evil. Chinese food is evil.

Heres some modivation…When you go to the gym and you see a super hot girl that is totally fit. Just think to yourself “man thats the type of girl that is going to either laugh or look in a total different direction after I take my shirt off”…

I’m 6’3, currently 270. Just started changing the eating habits and walking again. When I got back to Buffalo in 2001, I was 220. I think I’d be good around 230 - 240. We’ll see how it goes.

i went from 220+ to 170. i’d like to be down 15 more pounds.
i just eat and drink too much. i’m also not active.
but my big change was cutting down on sugar and i do watch what i eat to a certain degree.
congrats by the way, you really did it.
rabbit food + lots of chicken/turkey(e.g. high protein/low fat) + gym 6-7 days a week = weight loss
Ive lost about 10lbs…190 down to 180lbs, and my benchpress has gone from 225lbs to 300lbs
Good luck with it, and try to stay away from the ephedrine, it can get addictive and you will become dependent on it for energy!

woo hoo, Wearing 32x32 jeans now, instead of 36’s or 34’s. Time to buy new clothes AGAIN…
