I am a 17 year old in Markham. Currently car-less, but not to worry, I’m still saving up! I think it’s best if I save for a 240 in decent shape than have the hassle of trying to fix up a cheap one for a e-test or something

E-test isn’t what you should worry about. More like passing safety with no structure to your car lol.
