Ebay - Get 2800K - 3100K D2R bulbs.
Log on to http://www.hidplanet.com/forums to see if anyone has bulbs like those locally. For my car I bought
Acura TSX Projectors - $180
Subaru STI Ballasts and Ignitors - $100
4300K D2S Bulbs - $50
All were in the same day from people downtown and one in Brampton that drove to Markham to sell me the Ballasts.
There are some big local HID Gurus on that site and the they can find anything you want for cheap.
Maybe we should try supporting the sponsors on this site?

Sure Mitch, I agree 100% that we should, and I don’t mean to take any of your business. My question is, what price can our sponsor offer a TNC member that’s better than the price that the general public sees?
In the end, my motion is USUALLY towards the better price. It burns me sometimes, but most of the time I come out on top. Of course there are many exceptions to this, and yes I’ve unfairly pushed spectators and potential customers your way. When I say unfairly I mean that it is probably not right to our other club sponsors, but you guys deserve it based on what I’ve seen and our past dealings.
Yeah, I bought the projectors last year beginning of summer. I’ve noticed the prices have changed a lot since I did my retro. I figure if I did it this summer I could’ve saved about $100.
I believe I saw you a few evenings ago going eastbound on 16th just after Warden (at the lights at the bottom of the hill)
