Bills fans getting an even better name, stealing our own statues!
For charity none the fucking less.
I went to school with this kid. We used to fuck with him all the time. LOL! McQueen, he had this coming.
This incident started as OP cops were led to believe he was dealing drugs at the game in the parking lot. When approached by cops on foot he fled the scene…and that’s when all the chaos started. Alcohol was also a catalyst, not the reason this began.
John mentioned the street. It didn’t click for me it was the street.
So I guess you won’t be getting your newspaper for a little while now.
I was waiting in traffic on Abbott when he blew threw the crowd crossing right outside Ralph Wilson where he got the first crossing guard literally 15 feet infront of me. He had a parking cone wedged under his jeep and was MOVING…it was messed up.
He should be put away for life
lol someone said that he asked for bail to be lowered to like 500$ because he couldnt pay for bail? if thats true, what a fucking idiot! if i was the judge, and heard that comment, i would have been like, well no, your bail instead of being lowered to 50,000$ is now going to be 150,000$, have fun!
anyone watch the news and hear this being said? i didnt read every single post in here so it might have been mentioned
I just heard that he was refusing to attend his arraignment. What an ass…
asking for a reduced bail amount is not out of the ordinary.

Brandon W. McLean pleaded guilty today to felony charges carrying a prison term of about 25 years for injuring four lawmen and three pedestrians during hit-and-run incidents after the Oct. 11 Buffalo Bills game.
McLean also could face fines of up to $17,000 after pleading guilty before State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia to aggravated vehicular assault, reckless endangerment, assault and driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol.
Kelly A. Omel, chief of the Erie County District Attorney’s Vehicular Crimes Unit, told the judge that in return for the pre-indictment plea, prosecutors will drop a robbery case also pending against him for an alleged incident before the Bills game.
McLean, 19, of Ledge Lane, Williamsville, told the judge he was smoking pot and drinking in the Orchard Park stadium parking lot both before and during the Bills’ 6-3 loss to the Cleveland Browns.
Erie County Sheriff’s Deputy Thomas M. Van Wie was directing traffic at Abbott Road and Southwestern Boulevard when McLean struck him as he sped out of an Abbott Road parking lot and turned east onto Southwestern. He then struck two pedestrians near California Road.
A 16-year-old Hamburg boy suffered a hand injury when he jumped into a ravine to get out of the way of McLean’s speeding Jeep Wrangler. Two Orchard Park police officers and a deputized stadium security officer were also injured before McLean ran into a telephone pole off Southwestern.
Before remanding McLean pending his Feb. 2 sentencing, the judge told him the prison term and fines he will receive “may be something less than” the maximum combined penalties he faces.
Fggt
Damn, he should have just stayed home that day.
He won’t get anywhere near the maximum sentence, but he will definitely be going to prison. Good riddance.
