Streets are for driving
Sidewalks are for walking
i realize this. but it doesn’t mean that the people who were walking in the street are scumbags and have no jobs. plus they were walking on the left side of the street, toward oncoming traffic. unless that street was a one way, which i don’t think it is, that dude driving was 100% at fault.
The driver is totally at fault and was wrong. Im not saying what he did was right. But walk on the side walk. Theres a local kid that got hit by a car and now is in a wheel chair. His life is ruined but could have been avoided if he would have done what is right. Well, its not totally ruined since he sued the driver.
