Long story short:
Guys HOA makes them have parking passes to park, guy forgets to hang up his pass gets booted.
Instead of paying $140 to get boots removed he puts his car up on dollies and moves it into garage since he doesnt need to drive the car.
Parking Management comes along looking to tow the car since he hadn’t paid in 3 days and the car isnt there. They are scratching their heads.
Story leaves off there hopefully something bitchin happens.

my friend has to deal with an HOA in WA, its retarded. you pay 260,000$ to own a house and then they still tell you how to manage it, and you have to pay monthly dues to them… no thanks.

my uncle lives in one of those communities down in florida, last time I visited them I was out skating around their neighborhood, and some rich prick decides that even though Im in the middle of a street at a “T” intersection, that he’s going to turn left and almost hits me while I had the right of way (legally anyways,) so then he gets out of his car saying I was going to ruin his 80k lexus, I just laughed at him, and called him a few nasty things and went back to skating, those communities are gay. now it wasnt smart to start a fight with an old man in a lexus but he was a rich prick so I had to, normally I would have just ignored him and made him look like the dick but w.e.
But why do people listen to these idiots?
What happens if you dont pay the dues? Do they make you sell your house? Thats not possible so what would really happen?
