Holiday Inn on Grand Island Sold. sale question

Now this is a proper “Banquet Hall” but I don’t think I’m the type of person to have a reception here:

I would want it outside…

I’ve heard Forest Lawn is a hot spot too…

Place across the street from me is booked up solid for a long time. Very nice Golf Course

I got married at a sleazy casino hotel in Nevada…

^ Pics?

That’s a very broad term. Here is a banquet hall in NYC where I went to a wedding last year;

I’m sure Howie can relate, lol.

I can’t wait to get married (JK I CAN WAIT), but when I do, I’m going to be 6000 miles away from everyone I know in French Tahiti with my bride, FUCK ALL Y’ALL!!!

Now THAT’s what I call a venue!! I need to meet your friends.

Yam, are you the wedding coordinator?

Where was that?

Probably my two favorite venue’s I’ve been to semi-recently was at the Harvard Club (a few years ago) in Boston:

And one at the Franklin Institute in Philly (last year):

(couldn’t find any of my own photos)

^ That’s pretty badass.

How has no one made a Chingy joke yet??

That the Waldorf? I was there last year, and this looks eerily familiar…

LMAO

Not the Waldorf Joe, it’s called Capitale http://www.capitaleny.com/

And it’s only number 6 on this list, lol; http://ny.racked.com/archives/2011/06/17/the_fanciest_ie_expensive_wedding_venues_in_new_york_city.php

Another unexpected wedding venue, Museums. But it’s actually quite common to use Museums as a venue.

lol my mom’s supposed to get married at this hotel in december. maybe it will be cancelled. ha.

I just went to one at the Science museum. Rad as hell
