does anyone know if you can get upgraded brake pads or rotors for the 05 hybrids? My perants said the car doesnt stop as good as they would like it to, so i figured maybe some better pads might help.

My perants got one about 1-2 months ago, before that we had a 04 ranger that got no better then 14mpg, the civic gets about 40mpg. This is the last year for the goverments incentive of $2,000 if you buy a hybrid car. I drove the car, and i like it.

starting January 06 you get 4k per the new energy bill

The Civic Hybrid looks nice, especially the '06 model. Just make sure they don’t put those butt ugly light weight alloys on it. Saving gas is cool, but you shouldn’t have to look like a homo doing it.

What about those TDI Jetta’s? Don’t they get something like 45mpg? I know they cost a grip brand new. Maybe get a used one.

The smart car gets like 70mpg+ and i think you can get those already.

i am done with VW… i can not deal with their lack of customer service. I have never been so dissapointed in a car dealership.
