Royal Caribbean has an 18 day cruise that starts in Hawaii with stops in Bora Bora, Tahiti, and you end up in Australia. It’s less than $2,000 per person. Obviously you also pay for airfare to Hawaii and home from Australia but you said you have that covered.
Me and my fiance are probably going on that one in October after our wedding. It’s either that or a Mediterranean Cruise.
OK so you want to go far away, with beaches but also stuff to do.
If you can swing it the place I went on my honeymoon was absolutely incredible. It’s secluded as hell (the island has the resort that accommodates 12 couples and two villages without electricity, the resort runs off of diesel generators) but they have daily excursions so it keeps you from getting bored. It’s on an outlying island in Fiji. (South Pacific)
Australia by far. Anywhere closer is an easy flight. Australia is somewhere you probably wont be again.
Its a once in a lifetime trip. Carribean and mexico you can do whenever as its fairly close.
South America, like Buenos Aires as previously stated, is amazing.
But Australia is completely different and out of the ordinary.
think about how many times you can take time and fly on a 20 hour flight halfway across the world to see things that arent anywhere else.
