LOL at UB as well. I cannot believe they are blowing hundreds of MILLIONS to relocate the medical school. I work for a medical school division and have asked WHY…they don’t really have a good reason it seems. I’m sure it’s political and it’s so somebody (contractors etc…) can get rich. They are cutting our budget and we will almost certainly be losing jobs…but they are pressing on with this glut of a project? 8/

Also, as mentioned this hose needs nothing major for at least 30 years. Everything except the original floors has been replaced. If you were to buy the house like next door guy did for$275 it still needs a roof, paint, nothing else has been updated. Lots of money went into this house. He gets $3000 a month in rent, after taxes and shit he makes $850 a month. I wanna say he put $125-150k into and he does most of the labor.
