Yeah. Definitely a nice house. Good price and reasonable taxes.
Also, it is the biggest lot in the neighborhood. All the others are about 0.3 acres and this one is almost an acre.
Good proximity to the airport, Robinson, and Pittsburgh.
My wife and I offered to buy it from them last year, but they weren’t ready to sell yet.
