House, west seneca area off Indian church

House looks decent, not my taste in alot of choices.
Location is going to be a hard sell for that kind of money, definitely not high demand…

how could you miss that? In every picture it looks like the fridge is just placed right in the middle of the kitchen with no thought. But yeah, the workmanship looks great.

I wouldn’t go as far saying “barely 100k”. I don’t see $180k in it either, but have you seen what you get for $100k?

edit- It’s also really cool having a 2 car garage that there is no driveway going to it. WTF? The placement of that garage is totally backwards.

Negative, I just missed buying a small house in OP with 4.5 acres for $45K. Just have to keep your eyes and ears open.

Well he bought the house for $11,000 put a ton into it. Its pretty much a new build. He wants $160,000 but he had me throw it up high for the lowballers. I think $160,000 is fair. The area isn’t to bad but its not the greatest. Someone will buy it.

of course you’d sell it for $160, but would you buy it for $160?

Your going to drive alot of people away with the high asking price. Price it at 166/168 and I bet you will get more bites

This. I’m sure the “quality of work” is great, and everything had been built correctly, but the choice of finishes is awful. An interior designer would’ve helped immensely. Sadly, at that price range for that area, I think it will be difficult to find a buyer who will be happy with the multiple contradicting styles.

No doubt. I was just there showing it to someone. I think it will sell, its really better in person. This house was a double and he turned it into a single family. I wish this house was off abbott rd. by my house, I would buy it if so. We will see

Is this a “for sale” thread or a “I want the opinions of all of the NYSPEED home designers and real estate experts” thread?

Tough on that side of Harlem. I’m not far from there, I’m a few miles due east, I like the Winchester area.
