How can Sony possibly justify this pricetag?

I don’t know much about TV’s but besides being a 1080p LCD TV and large, what else is special about it?

Because it’s Sony…they are always overpriced. Motionflow may be a new trechnology and a new processor it possibly uses…generally sony is at the top of the game on the best displays and crystal clear picture. This item however is definately not worth 32k.

70" is insane and so is that price.

alot of snazzy features that no one will use. its an outrageous price for any TV.

wowwww that is a big ass lcd

Fuck that I want this one

I think Sharp actually made a 108" which is currently the largest.

Because going from 60" to 70" is a heck of a lot different than going from 50" to 60"

might as well just get a nice projector

hahah dont get me started on sony shit. Overpriced Junk.

they sell hd projectors

you can get 70+ inch dlp for <10k. thats just ridiculous.

you can get a 73 inch dlp for 3K

Dan will give you 3 inches for free.

Arent the 103" ones like 30-40k? Id rather have that over this 70" POS…

:gotme: people in the market for a TV that big can probably swing it?

damn

This set is 120Hz. Combine that with the 70" size and you get a $33K TV.

Ill take a WRB STI plz. Thanks

its only a 70" tv. :gotme:

I know of a few 60+" sets on this site alone.

It’s Sony.

Yes, 120hz is expensive, as is a liquid crystal that large. Considering the control & processing that has to go into that… sure it’ll be expensive.

$32k is ridiculous though. IMO. but i have no idea what Sony’s costs are, NOR DO YOU.
