How do I fix my rusty floor pan?

Does anybody else have a car with a rusty floor pan? What have you done to fix it? How much did it cost you and where did you have it done? Thanks!

You would need to cut the floor out to get rid of the rust completely. then have it patched with new metal.

I’m not sure who would do this for you, most bodyshops would do it I think.

Pricing will vary, if you know a friend with a welder, you can do it yourself
for the price of patch metal and beer.

You can also do the magiver way of geeting a peice of aluminum ducting cut it to fit, silicon the crap out of the the area around the whole, drill and rivet it down and seal the underside with tar or ashfalt paint. Not the greatest, but it works…

Hey andrew, where’s my beer at?

^^^^
also the acceptable solution when certifying it if it has that problem, mine did.
