I really like the CPS comments.they will snag the kids and maybe clean up the area.Have you tried mailing letters or phoning the owner of said property.

you can thank the household I was doing a DTV install at a few months ago. the kids were at school and they rolled up and stomped around the place like they owned it. clean this, fix that. why the hell are you getting tv put in if money is tight, why does it STILL smell like cat piss in here!!!. the house was a disaster but hopefully they will get it cleaned up for a few weeks at least.

you cannot deny rental to anyone, or they’ll report your ass. if you have it posted, and they have the money, on paper you have to rent it to them. the laws are written for renters not property owners.

You can deny whoever the F you want…thats why there are applications and credit checks.

Simple but effective solution to this remedy…make their lives hell…you are gonna let some “thug” kids ruin an entire neighborhood…give me a break.

Get the neighborhood to sack up and file a complaint to the home owner that rents to them.

Figure out who’s the DA, talk to the news, find your local representatives at all levels. This has human interest and politicians getting re-elected written all over it for “saving a neighborhood”.

Video and times/descriptions, names if possible are key.

  1. sign on the front lawn that says “To all the drug buyers: YOU ARE BEING FILMED.”
  2. when you see a car there go out and visibly write down the license plate number and vehicle info (might want a side arm for this step)
  3. actually do it.
  4. make sure you have a few extra rounds for whatever firearm you may own just in case you run out
