I doubt they would just shrug it off. You would have already done most of the work for them by having evidence. Keep calling an make sure you note all calls down. If they decide to just let it go there is nothing stopping you from going to County Sheriff’s or State Troopers.

First Buy some fireworks… blow them off some where take the remains and liter them all over their lawn, kind of close to the road.

Then take a 4000 roll and let it rip in the street at like 2am when you think they might be awake. So when the cops come they see the fireworks already blown off in their yard.

if you want to keep it legal, try the news as someone stated. Call like 2 ON YOUR SIDE or whatever and basically read them the OP. They’ll get on the cops, on the family, on the drug buyers, etc. There will be a camera in everyone’s face.

If that doesn’t work, start dealing drugs, but at a better price. This way you can steal all of their business and income, thereby causing their eviction.

Well since they aren’t really doing anything to your family, leave it be? If you are worried, be sure to check in on them often.

Also, have you tried being friends with them? I know this sounds crazy, but buying a bag every once in a while from them will probably keep your family safe. They aren’t going to drive off a customer.
