But I see voltins point… How many more accidents have you heard about after people seeing/hearing about drift events etc… Everyone thinks that getting a car into a controled slide is easy and all it takes is a little counter steer, when in fact its a lot more than that.
When I first started trying to get the car sideway I would do neutral slides comming out of a turn… and then just try and hold it for a second and then be on my way…
I’m still a nub but I can generaly get a car sideway pretty decent thru a turn… I linked a drift once in an S turn behind my house, i was amazed that I held it…
Yeah I picked this DVD up, it’s pretty good. He gives tips about shifting weight, different ways to make a car drift, and how different cars react (S13 vs S14 ect).
More like 6. I’ll also get to test the setup on the road course…for free. If you can think of a better way to properly setup and test a car, I’d love to hear it.
Adam and I have been looking for a cheapo E36 shell to test the cage on. We have a great tree-lined ravine to toss it down. Wanna donate your car to science?
