How intakes should look.

If you have ever looked in Phat240’s enigne bay you would have noticed the intake pipe and how shitty it was. I finally got around to helping him out and made a new intake pipe. Its a tight spot but i managed to make something decent, even with my shady welding skillz. If any welders have any tips on how to get less splatter with a Flux Wire feed welder i would appreciate the advice.

Did you make that BOV flange or did you buy it and weld it on?

WOW

I wonder who would even put something like that on a car. I love straight 60 degree turns. :drinkers:

But the welding is looking good. Nice to see someone is cleaning up Jamie’s car.

Fkavo, is Jamie’s car saviour.

Yeah…looking nice. Nice to see Jamie’s car improving - couldn’t happen to a nicer dude. :E

have you been drinking?

anyways good to see someone with almost no welding experiance can do a better job than a supposed tuner shop cough speedworks cough :E

flange was already there

Bummer, I was hoping you could help me out with a flange for my BOV!!

That piping looks pretty good. i would have tried to grind the welds alittle more flush before painting it. But thats just from my personal experience with my intercooler piping.

looking good

Jaime isnt paying me enough to do that. LOL
