some fab work ive been busy with lately.

an e55 intake set up i did on a good friends car. sounds soooo good.


this a customers car that i just finished a couple days ago. big turbo vr6 throwback quattro. its weird seeing fireballs shoot out of the back of this car, but its hilarious.

Any reason the welds are constant compared to the “Stack of dimes” style found on other welds?

people sometimes call a “good” weld as it appears like a “stack of dimes” as you can see the ridges of each hand movement… welds that look like that show the welder has technique and the ability to produce a uniform weld.

Where do you get your pipe and bends?

I get everything from my work. The piping I use is either 304-316 sanitary process pipe.

So are you grinding down each weld to be flush with the piping just for aesthetic purposes? Looks exteremelly time consuming since your so precise with it. Its that Dan’s 4000?
