the vband section was originally going to be used just for easier positioning, but mike had a good idea to get another vband and use a piece of scrap bend to make a turn down dump pipe, to take place of the muffler section for the track. so that will be added soon. and i will be searching for a tip to finish it all off

the new pipe is 3inches
the old pipe iirc is about 2-1/4inches

isnt that piping a lil to big for a baby turbz?. Might lose some back pressure.

the turbo creates is own back pressure…
a turbo exhaust should be an exhaust with the least amount of restriction

dood dont you lose torque when you go bigger on a small turbo. I noticed it on the dub ,haah fuck you guys !

I guess you technically could, but I would say it’s LESS apparent on a small turbo due to the small turbine and low exhaust A/R

just saying that it might cause that … I tried a 3 inch on my k03 and it seemed not as much tq as the 2.5. But noticed more top end power with the 3.

$444.31 for the stainless pipes
and $75 for the muffler.
