some fab work ive been busy with lately.

Nice work!

I certainly don’t see any grinding… yes it’s dan’s 4000.

Jay, see you later this winter. I got some plans that may require patience.

LSX-T, do it and keep it awd. <3

I almost pulled that trigger. Srs.

  1. Welder shows promise & does great work
  2. Welder attracts high demand for work
  3. Welder takes on lots of projects
  4. Welder is overloaded and deadlines are not met
  5. Welder & customers become frustrated
  6. Welder turns to alcohol, customers turn to next welder who shows promise

Beware of the cycle

good shit

Looks very nice

Man up!

Awesome work. Dans 4000 is one of my favorite cars!

Looks great

I see the beads now in the closeup pic, not used to seeing welds layed so flush with the surface like that. Pretty amazing work

Nope. No grinding at all. My welds always sit flush, unless a high amount of purge pressure or silly amounts of filler are used

Thanks guy!

Ha well I’m sure the frustration and demand will follow. But I don’t drink, yet

this post is full of truthiness

I need to make parts for All you Canadian guys. you guys like cool shit

I met Bing’s last welder… he does good work but is between 4) and 5) on my steps list, lol.

haha, thanks for the warning

this is a better photo of the welds. unground,un brushed…just a little water on them to bring out the texture

Boner achieved

This just distracted me from the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Not even joking.

Very nice  We made jaegermiesters exhaust and dump tube out of sanitary pipe (I think it was all Waukesha stuff) when I worked at UDMC selling that stuff. Exhaust sounded great and was made to outlast the car LOL.

Nice!
