Im just curious as to which coilovers people have found that will allow the car to be lowered the most.
I know the new version of the D2 dampers go lower than the originals, but even high end stuff.
Post pics if you have any.
dont have pics, but my k-member had gouges out of it from hitting the road.
when i fully slammed my d2s with the new dampers the rear subframe scraped on everything and i was -4 fingers in the back on stock 15s with no tread the fender was just about to the rim.
and in the front i drove around with 1 finger on the stock s13 bumper from the bottom to the ground with no lip and my bumper almost folded over driving into a parking lot so i raised it up
DDrug can go ridiculously low and obviously Tanabes
Finding a set might be difficult tho.
yeah I was thinking about going baller and getting the DD’s from Tanabe.
I want to spend the same amount of money on my car as i do on my coilovers lol
The DD’s go the lowest that I know of
Aren’t DDs discontinued??
I heard that the new Stance coilovers were designed to go low as hell also…
not that i know of? where did u hear that and what were the reasons?
Uhh…we’re all referring to Chunky Bai’s Tanabe Sustec Pro DDs right?
I don’t think they’re discontinued. news to me if so.
I can tuk in the tires with my Kei office coils on my S13…I just can’t turn good like that  .

Thought I saw it posted on zilvia a bunch recently, this was posted on ziptied "tanabe dd’s are incredible, however.
if they were still available, i would reccomend them all day long. "
The new tien super drifts are supposed to go low low low, prob the best bang for buck.
I got super drifts, they can go LOW. Havent even tried it though.
i got my d2’s to hit my traction rods
then i raised them.
and i have origional shocks
who cares about low, fitment is the ultimate
