How much is this car worth?

I have a 98 Nissan 200sx 5 speed base model, with 67k, decent tires, clean interior, minor body dings and what not.

Car is from washington state where it had a rebuilt title. I’ll be getting a NY rebuilt title in the mail for it soon.
The airbags were deployed at one point, doesn’t appear to be any frame damage. I think it just got a bumper cover and fenders replaced, not sure.

The car, runs and drives great.
I’ll be selling it soon, and I’d like opinions of it’s worth.
If anyone is interested in buying it in a couple weeks let me know.

Here are pics.

Holy big rig shifter batman!

Closer to the steering wheel, like a Ferrari.

:gotme: but book value is worth around 35-3800 and this has a salvage title so maybe it’s worth like 2-2500…glws It would make a nice winter car.

sound about right, possibly less with the salvaged title, with a title like that the cars only real worth is what u can get someone to pay for it.

id say 1500…its a 200sx…unless its an SE-R they arnt worth much at all

I dont understand why people are so afraid of salvage titles, it doesnt make the car worthless…it obviously makes it worth slightly less, but most times its a great way to pick up a car for a little less than book.

sure, but not for the average person that doesnt know what precausions to look for, with that in mind makes the cart a gamble for that kind of person. sure it would be a great buy for someone who knows what too look for but that person is also not going to give up top $ because they know that a salage title and they got ya by the ballz:wave:

I don’t think that’s a 98. The grill’s different that year. See below, ignoring the aftermarket lip…

EDIT: I bet it is a 98, but with the grill from a different year installed post-accident…

keep in mid the car is SALVAGE. someone might have taken a grill from a diff. year that they got cheap or maybe free and put it on. im sure they are interchangable between years. edit: sorry didnt c ya edit

To me, that car’ worth 3 grand all day, maybe more. I hate when people lowball. That’s a relatively new, low-mileage, and pretty straight looking car.

Good luck.

And is that a Civic shift knob?

Thanks for the opinions.
I believe that is the stock shift knob, it screws on there nicely.
Its definitely a 98, the door sticker says so, and it has the bubble style tail lights which only came on the 98s I hear.
