would love to pick one up this summer, probably a 91, and what would I be looking at for costs, assuming its stock
I paid 5ish for mine. But it had no rust (or so I thought at the time, it was hidden behind the mudflap), power windows, sunroof, mirrors, and an all leather interior. For aftermarket goodies it had Tein springs, Tokico shocks, deck, speakers and an axleback exhaust…
i paid 8500 for mine with no rust its a 92 le
how much does it cost for the front end conversion on one?
Yikes. That’s pricey. Did you buy it locally?

the guy initially wanted 9000 for it but i offered 8000… he said no so i offered 8500 with delivery from calgary. the cars body shape is in excellent condition, the interior looks brand new and even the seats look brand new, hud/digital worked perfectly. and the car came with a few extras. do i think it was overpriced? hell yes
and i believe a front end conversion would be about 1500 dollars. hood/fenders/lights/bumper
and isnt the rarity of the coupes 2 out of every 10 240sx?
I paid 5200 for my 93’ thats full load. A little bit of minor rust on the edges of the wheel wells and thats all I know of. As for the rarity 2 for 10 240’s sounds about right. I dont see them to often. I have seen 2 white, 1 black and a sandstone color.
more like 1 in 10.
i love both coupe ant hatchbacks
hehehe i guess i got lucky, i paid $3500 for my coupe in perfect condition, absolutely no rust. HUD worked perfect
if your looking for a coupe I have silvia’s in Canada stock. If you dont like the front end we can always swap on a 180/240 front end to give it the look you want. This way you get the engine your prob going to buy anyways and any extra parts are a bonus
Let me know if your into the RHD and I can soot you some info and quotes. I have about 4 180’s avalable too but sounds like you want to stay away from the hatch

Im pretty sure you have my old car, the seats were re coverd you have a whiteline rear sway bar, and if you actually think the body on that car is mint you are mistaken there is some rust in the rocker panels and there were a few spots on the roof when i had it…but whatever as long as you like it.

Ah, coupes, i love them, i really want a 240, think i’d grab a coupe, just because u barely ever see one.
ya theres no way I could afford a silvia this summer. looking to spend 3-6k on a coupe, and ya i dont want a hatchback. over time i wanna change it to the silvia look, and I don’t wanna start a war but i wanna turbo the KA over time, this won’t be a rush job, I’ll build up the internals and get it ready before I go turbo…but before all that, I need to find a coupe …but not till summer
lol yeah i think it was your car nis_mo… but last time i checked im sure the rust got fixed and the car was also repainted
i saw the car a while ago amd the rust on the rockers looked like it was starting to poke through again…
