HUD went bye bye

As the subject says, my HUD stoped working.
I’m assuming it has something to do with the TCU, but i’m not sure. I haven’t had a chance to check fuses, IIRC there’s a fuse for the HUD. THis hapened this morning on the way to work so I didn’t have time to check anything.

I’m just wondering what else it could be before I change my TCU.

Just the HUD or the speedo on the cluster as well? I’m sure there’s
something to be found on FreshAlloy, NICO, 240sxforums.com, etc.

i have HUD in my hand right now, I don’t see any fuses. hold on I will take it apart and look inside

i don’t see any fuses iside ifact there isn’t much iside. I also looked at the gage cluster and same thing. you might want to check the conection between the HUD and cluster. also i did notice burn marks on two corners of the glass for the HUD is that norm or does that indicate it is toast? I have not had this one plugged in yet.

I meant fuse in the fusebox, I could be wrong.

the fuses in the fuse box would be for the whole gage cluster so if your speedo is working than its not the fuse

when mine went out on my odl car, it went out with the passenger headlight as well…

i repaced the headlight bulb and the HUD cam back on… Nissan is wierd like that
