I wasnt very impressed with the customer service / sales representatives at Fucillo when Cooter and I went there because he was looking into a TC …
I’ve only heard bad things about fucillo chevrolet/toyota. And for that reason alone I tell everyone asking me where to go NOT to go there.
I love giving places of business bad reputations when I hear all bad things. Usually the more a place advertises the more shitty the sales reps are going to be because they know if you walk out, someone else is just going to come through the door right after you.
agreed. no matter how hard i tried to make people happy there was always my manager who seemed to try to make it harder all to get 100 or 200 extra gross. he told me “well thats your job, you have to SELL them on it” which is true, i cant argue with that, but i would have been much better not using sell tactics with customers and just being straight. oh well, there is a reason i dont do it anymore

^ yeah i went there with ya the one day, and the guy told us he got hired because one of them was at a wedding reception or something and the guy was raving about the place and talking them up, so they were like " i work there, you want a job?"…and then when we asked questions about the scion TC, he told us we should talk to the Scion rep. that was working there. what an idiot

email what you typed up here to a manager at fuccillo, let them know it’s very well known among many local car enthusiast that they have a terrible salesman. be sure to include the fact that the X amount of people you told the story to and everyone they know will never do business with that “gentleman” again. loss ofa career hurts more than a punch in the face.
That place goes through sales staff quickly because they make very little profit off thier cars…so the pay is shit compared to other places.
