i was thinking hydro ebrakes and i know i can make my own i just need to find a cylinder to work and i was wondering if you guys think that this would work or not…
thing im worried about is if the rear brakes would work or not like regular.
the mounting and handle is not a hard thing to fab up once i have the cylinder…
Keep in mind you need some sort of 1 way valving to keep the fluid from pushing back up into the master and causing the front brakes to start clamping down as well.
i dont think that it should do that because i would tap this directly inline with the line that runs along the framerail to the rear wheels only. when you pulled the handbrake it should just lower the fluid level in the master res. and because its just pulling fluid a bit i think that it would be the same as any other hydro brake kit.
someone correct me if im wrong though. as far as i knew you put fittings on the stock rear brake line and ran some lines to this so its basically the same as stock with this inline with the rear brakes only
if this isnt making sense to people i can draw up a paint drawing

i oculd see the pedal feel while braking because your moving extra fluid to the rear. so you have to push the pedal further to compensate and hold the pressure in the front lines.
