The 2004+ impalla SS are L67 3800 serise II supercharged, that I know. I’m not sure if the 5.3 V8 LS4 06s are out yet? Pontiac gets the new motors in the FWD sedans a year before other (04 they got the getter L32 serise III 3800supercharger motor, monte/impallaSS kept L67, 05 the LS4 ect) But whats out right now imapala SS i’m not sure. Did it sound like a V8?
They most definitely are out and the '06 Impala and Monte SS’s get the 5.3 V8.
