This is kind of a useless post but injury stories are always fun so why not?
As some of you might know, I go to UB. I’m on the gymnastics team and during a recent practice I slammed my finger on the pommel horse and at the time I thought I jammed it…well after the remaining hour of practice, I noticed the bruising and swelling :banghead: Luckily I was able to get an appointment the very next day at UB(thursday afternoon…right before it started getting bad) and i got it xrayed.
The results: I broke my fingertip off, yes off…o.f.f off lol I wish i had the xray with my so I could scan it in cause its very intersting looking. Now I have a large paperclip as a splint (given to me by the doctor) for the next 2-3 weeks. Not a bad injury by any means, but definately a pain in everyday use. Why couldnt I have broken my arm instead?..much easier to get chicks that way
