As much of a Windows guy as I am, and pretty much the exact opposite of Apple…I love my MacBook Pro (Late 2009 I think) and would definitely use a MB Air if I had the cash. Maybe I’ll order it through work :snky:
Just setup a VPN for wireless/remote users.
That’s an option…it’s a little more work and annoyance, but it works. Wireless is also a bit spotty in some areas.
I ended up buying a HP Split X2 for 699 with a $50 Best Buy gift card and a year of Kaspersky for free. It works great so far and Windows 8 is getting easier to use but I really only use it for the web. Most of the time I just go right to the desktop function and work from there.

yeah, well, you get what you pay for. I give it 18 months before he’s back on here asking about a replacement.
Lol, it was an impulse purchase. I tried the Macbook and I couldn’t use it as well. I am not technically inclined AT ALL.
I hope not but for about 600 I guess it won’t cost me much.
Technical not inclined we got my 80 year old grandmother a iMac and she is sending emails/etc :lol:
