Well, I have a thing for Evo’s. I had bought a roller approximately a year ago and have been stocking Evo parts looking to complete the build.
Then, a car that was built just the way I wanted came up for sale… So, Shortcut!
Not sure what the pinging sound is, it’s probably condensation from the car not being ran this winter.
Note, the bumper is off so I could trailer the car lol.

The car did 9.76 1/4 mile time @ 150 on the stock motor and 550whp.
The car makes a quite a bit more on the built block.
