I went racing at Daytona

Decided to cross off a bucket list track this tear so I headed down south with a friend and we rented a couple seats in an RX-8

here are a couple videos of me driving horribly and figuring out the line. A lot of pro drivers were at this race which made things fun.

thanks… that thing was a riot to drive… 2000lbs 210whp. I was getting around 135mph on the banking. without the windsheld was so much fun.

hmmmm… EC, I think that might be the best way to race in chump, shortens up the rule book really quick.

I would never build an EC car, but renting one for a race makes perfect sense to me.

That’s not bad at all, especially for someone like me that doesn’t have the time to commit to building a Chump car and running it for a full season but would love to do this a couple times.
