idea: what to do if you brake your strut mount at track

hey guys, this happened to me twice last track day, i guess my mounts were a bit rusty on the bottom hence when i hit a big bump, my struts broke through the inner ring on the mounts, so i replaced my mounts, but in case it happenes again, in order to get home safely, this little thing would help to be handy, just throw it on to drive on the highway in order to get home (its dangerous to drive home with only springs, trust me haha), do NOT daily drive on this, if you hit a curb you’ll deform your strut/struttower

let me know what you think, i was bored so i did this lol

i wouldn’t go on the track and drive dangerously fast with that. i would call it a day and go home.

what quicy said 100% you should not run the car that way…you could be a danger to other people

uhhh guys he said in at least 2 different places not to drive quickly or at a distance like that.

and as well never said he drove on the track like that

GT

This is to only be used at track when going back on track quick is neccesary

Well in any case you will fail a proper tech inspection at the track anyway …

IF you brake it AT track, so you can get home
