idle problem (low)

when I start my car the idle is really low even after a while, after the engines warmed up.

During normal driving ie. aslong as i am moving the idle is fine but sometimes it would be AT 2000 RPM. then drop.

but usually at a stop the idle would go down almost sounds ike its about to die but does not.

is that acc or iacv?

I was thinking of just cleaning those but is there anything else i could do?

I have that too sometime, I was told it was my B.O.V

like a vacume leak…but it just started and i did not do anythign or change anything.
