Cliffs: Unprovoked, he insisted on making fun of my financial situation over a span of weeks untill I’ve had enough. I saw him at a local establishment and told him to follow me outside to take care of it, to which he agrees, and did so on his accord. We get outside, I hit a drink out of his hand he was carrying and punch him once. He fell to the ground, and boasted “Everyone saw that, right?!”. Who the hell says that unless they had the intention of putting me in that position for their advantage, ie lawsuit money? Me and my friends laughed at him and then got drunk. For someone with such a frail structure, he sure talks a lot! He didn’t even end up with a scratch on him but tried charging me with 2nd degree harrassment and assult, even though I was being harrassed up untill I slugged his dome to get him to shut up.
Anyways, while cleaning out my file cabinet I came across part of the police report from back then with quite a few instances of perjury in his testimony (probably why the judge dropped the charges). And here it is:
Apparently according to his unstable mind in the report, I started harassing and threatening him for no reason up to the point where I supposively knocked him down and kicked him “5 or 6 times in the chest”. He talks mad shit, gets punched once and makes up a whole shitstorm of lies.
I honestly didn’t even realize that part was in the report until I read it again last night and thought it was pretty funny. The user zeroassult, who doesn’t post here anymore, was there and will tell you I am speaking the truth.
