There actually WAS another car in front of me (with handicap sticker) between the meter + the sign with green letters…but it pulled away as I was walking back to my car.
The ONLY meter on the street is that 1 handicap 1…the rest of the spots you gotta walk to the terminal to buy a ticket.
Oh also, my registration on the front window has my old license plate # on it, but the new license plate on the car.
Since the old plate isnt registered to me anymore, would this even get back to me if I never paid it?
