word, but with a D60/14bolt swap on 39.5"
I know($30,000)!:eekdance:
It is not just a German hot rod.
Here is just one example…
“Likewise, the suspension is controlled by Audi’s Dynamic Ride Control (DRC) system, a semiactive mechanical-hydraulic suspension system. Under hard cornering, DRC stiffens the compression damping of the outside shocks while simultaneously reducing the stiffness of the inside dampers.”
You don’t see that on many cars even 5 years later.
lol my thunderbird sc had that back in 89
The SC is equipped with an electronic suspension control. You can definitely feel a difference in the ride when you switch from the soft and sport (Firm) setting. The ride control system is made by Tokico. A computer monitors vehicle speed, brake-line pressure, steering angle and engine-computer acceleration signals to determine the shock valving. There are two switch settings. These settings are: Auto and Firm. The automatic setting selects soft shock valving for a smooth, comfortable ride. When driving conditions require a firm ride, it automatically overrides the soft valving. The firm position is simply an override that selects the firm setting in all driving modes.
Yeah, not the same system.
Good luck finding an Earth mover for less than $100,000.
lol
agreed
was behind an R8 the other day…so hot…
yeah prob an R8
I’d spend $20k on a something like as clean of a WRX as possible and $80k on a garage to put it in, with a house attached. I love living in a place where you can actually do that.
Or I might spend the full $100k building a fast reliable VW.
id buy that ice cream truck from pimp my ride
build a 4.7 stroker for my jeep and then buy this nifty little conversion kit for it
convertible in the summer, 4 wheel drive for the winter, and a motor with some balls to have fun all year.
orly?
i would buy this, then head east.
^^
That’s only 100k?
what’s east?

That and I could get my $100k back selling my house…
