there nothing special but i thought she looked somewhat decent

looks pretty clean. what year is this 83? no rust it seems. if its over 30 years old you can put a classic plate on and get cheap insurance iirc.
idk how often he drives it but he would be able to drive about 5,000 miles also then. its hard to find classic/collector car insurance that allows more then that. and it depends on the insurance company how old it has to be, and some it doesnt matter.
Ehh between April and September of last year I put almost 15kmi on her.
And its an 89… The only way I would put a classic/collector plate on anything is if I owned an Anniversary Edition or a Shiro Special
